Youth Policy
| One of the important areas of Mosenergo’s social activities is Youth programs. About 30% is the youth account, which indicates the Company’s youth program efficiency. | |
  | Agreements about the internship were concluded with the leading Russian universities: 136 students underwent on-the-job training in 2017 (including 30 students that were appointed to positions).
The Company provides career guidance to school and university students by holding the excursions to the Mosenergo power plants. For high school students the orientation were held in Mosenergo training center, where student were introduced to Mosenergo as a whole, its production processes and the energy sphere. Within the context of developing cooperation with universities, Mosenergo interacts with MPEI in following activities:
