Mosenergo electricity production increased by 0.8% and heat output grew by 3,6% in 2018

Mosenergo stated its 2018 operational results.

Company’s thermal power plants (TPPs) produced 58.32 bln kWh of electricity which is 0.8% more than in 2017 (57.86 bln kWh) including production of CSA units 17.0 bln kWh which is 3% more than in 2017 (16.5 bln kWh).

Heat output from TPP collectors, from local and district boilers of Mosenergo grew by 3.6% (82.3 mln Gcal) compared to 2017 (79.5 mln Gcal). Heat output increased mainly due to lower outside temperature in February, March and December 2018 in comparison with the same periods of the previous year.
