PJSC “Mosenergo” electricity production stayed flat y-o-y in 3 months of 2022
Mosenergo power plants produced 19.3 bln kW∙h of electricity in January-March of 2022 — 0.5% less than in the same period of 2021 (19.4 bln kW∙h).
Heat output from power plants collectors and district and local heat stations of Mosenergo amounted 34.4 mn Gcal, 10.5% less than in the same period of 2021 (38.5 mn Gcal). Negative heat output dynamics linked with warm weather in February 2022 (average outside temperature in this mounth was —0.9°C versus —10.5°C in February 2021).

Mosenergo heating capacity amounts to 43.8 thous. Gcal/hr. Company power stations supply over 60% of electricity, consumed in Moscow Region and cover about 90% of Moscow (not including added territories) demand for heat.
